Fees and Registration

Conference Fees

The registration fees cover the Conference programme, Conference material, coffee during the scheduled breaks and social programme in the evenings (welcoming reception, concert buffet and a midnight cruise), but no meals or accommodation. Lunch tickets for an onsite restaurant at the conference venue can be bought at the time of registration.

Registered accompanying persons - fee EUR 120 - are invited to join the Conference social programme in the evenings, a special daily guest programme will also be provided.

The Conference fee of EUR 260 applies to EUROCALL members registered before 31 May and EUR 320 for registrations received thereafter. If you are not a member but would like to join EUROCALL and qualify for the member fee, please click here for the EUROCALL Membership Application Form 2002. The registration fees for non-members are EUR 320 and EUR 380.

Unfortunately, the organisers have no means to assist participants financially, and advise those requesting funds to cover their participation and travelling expences to turn to other sources.

Lunch arrangements: there is an onsite restaurant at the conference venue for which lunch tickets can be bought at the time of Online Registration. Other restaurants and cafes serving lunch are also located nearby.

Terms of cancellation

For written cancellations received before 31 May, full refund will be made. For written cancellations received between 1 June and 15 July, a cancellation fee of EUR 70 will be charged. After July 15 no refund will be paid on the registration fees. No refund can be made after this date.
